PUBLIC RELATIONS
At Dameron Communications we create effective Public
Relations campaigns that meet the needs of a diverse list
of clients in equally diverse directions, and manage public
relations programs. We deliver press releases/tours, media
relations, editorial contacts and analyst relations. We'll
plan events to attract media and new consumers, change
behavior, increase sales, identify new products and services
and assure consumer awareness of them.
Write Press Releases
We research, write and distribute press releases for
clients. We'll develop relationships with the media to
publish client stories. Networking strategies are initiated
to increase the client image in the community. We plan
events to attract media and new consumers, and ensure
consumer awareness of new products and/or services.
Media Relations
Dameron Communications will promote clients' stories
to media to generate positive media coverage. We have
earned coverage from: ABC, CBS, NBC, CNBC, CBS MarketWatch;
Fox News, CNN, CNNfn, Nightly Business Report; The Wall
Street Journal, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington
Post; Dow Jones wire, Bloomberg wire, Reuters wire, Associated
Press; regional media and the Los Angeles, Orange County,
San Diego, San Fernando Valley, Sacramento and Inland
Empire Business Journals and many other media outlets.
Event Creation, Development and Management
We can create large business events to meet client needs
and have built job fairs, conventions, concerts, fundraising
events, banquets, golf tournaments and more. We often
recruit co-sponsors and vendors for events, and we've
hosted ones for from 10 to 10,000 people.
Promotions
We Initiate events and/or develop co-sponsorships with
established events to increase positive client and employee
relationships.
Budget Analysis
At Dameron Communications we'll work with our clients
to develop advertising and public relations budgets to
meet their stated (and unstated) goals based upon market
conditions, product recognition and clients' financial
status to maximize return on investment.
Campaign Management
We plan, organize and manage media outreach and communications
programs in order to change perceptions or increase sales,
obtain articles, on-air interviews and/or stories about
clients with all media. Also we'll manage media communications
in controversial and crisis situations.
We formulate recommendations on public affairs policies,
long- and short-term planning and comprehensive media
outreach and communication strategies. We also provide
media training, media counseling and message development.
Marketing Research
Dameron Communications ascertains the existence and applicability
of research and will design and implement market research
instruments to determine consumer habits, media preferences,
likes, dislikes, income, purchasing power, product/service
acceptance and more.
Community Development/Community Relations
We've created, implemented and managed strategic plans
and programs to achieve campaign goals; we oversee the
community organizing campaign including development, training
and implementation of issues.
We conduct policy advocacy activities regarding the environment,
business, politics, water and public health policy, implement
program evaluation activities and prepare written and
oral reports for various purposes. Dameron Communications
will serve as the primary spokesperson for the community
campaigns to boards, media and non-profit organizations,
elected officials, community groups and government agency
representatives.
When needed, we direct and supervise staff, and work
cooperatively with partners to meet the project's administrative
and budget requirements. We create and implement educational
campaigns including written materials, training sessions
and media outreach to raise public awareness about such
topics as health issues and preventive actions that can
be taken. |
